Cancellation Policy

At Zingka, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations can only be made before the order has been processed or shipped.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@zingka.com with:

  • Your Order Number

  • The reason for cancellation

We will confirm the cancellation status via email.


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since we accept only Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • If the order is not cancelled in time, please be prepared to accept and pay for the package at delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restriction from placing future orders.


4. Shipped Orders

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may still refuse delivery, but we request you inform us in advance out of courtesy.


5. Zingka’s Right to Cancel

Zingka reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of products

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • Inability to verify delivery address

In such cases, you will be notified promptly.
